Terms of Service

You need an account and must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the content you add to a Space.

You keep ownership of what you put in. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you and your group — including AI processing to build and maintain artifacts.

Don't use stateful to break the law, infringe others' rights, attack the service, or abuse other members. We may suspend accounts that do.

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew until canceled. While the product is early, features and limits may change as we learn.

The service is provided “as is.” The AI assists thinking; it doesn't make decisions for you, and you're responsible for the choices your group makes. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited.
