An "AI turn" is one back-and-forth — you say something, Pango replies and updates the plan. Most turns are cheap; the ones that build or rewrite artifacts cost more. Rough rule of thumb across real groups: a turn averages about ~2 credits.

Is the free plan really free?+
Yes — it's the real product, not a trial. Unlimited Spaces, you plus one person per Space, the whole planning toolkit (itineraries, budgets, decision logs, the lot), and 500 AI credits a month to spend with Pango. Plan something real today without paying anything.
What's a credit?+
How we meter the AI. Every action with Pango costs some credits — a quick reply is cheap, a deep piece of work (like regenerating a Timeline) costs more. Your plan comes with a monthly allocation that resets every billing period. Most groups stay well under their cap; we tell you when you're close. Is it per person?+
No, not for Free or Pro. You upgrade once, and every Space you create is Pro for everyone in it — the whole group is covered. For Work is the exception — it's priced for teams in companies and the credit allocation lives at the org level.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?+
Free is the whole product — the full AI co-planner, every planning tool, all platforms. Pro is $11.99/mo and adds: 10× the AI credits on the best models, credits that travel with you across every Space (with pool stacking when more Pros join), photo and file uploads, and every artifact type.
Who's For Work for?+
Teams in companies — a launch, an incident, a migration, an offsite, anything cross-functional that gets dropped in a chat and never quite becomes a plan. Bigger Spaces (50+ people), SSO, audit logs, an org-level credit pool, and an admin console. We're rolling it out gradually — get in touch and we'll set you up.

Pro is yours as a person. Every Space you create is Pro — and everyone you invite into it gets the Pro experience in that Space too, at no extra cost. If you join someone else's Pro Space, you get the Pro experience there as well. One person goes Pro, the whole group benefits.
