What's a credit?+
How we meter the AI. Every action with Pango costs some credits — a quick reply is cheap, a deep piece of work (like regenerating a Timeline) costs more. You start with 100 on us, 30 fresh ones arrive each month, and credit blocks add 1,000 a month when you're planning something big. We warn you at 75% so it's never a shock. What's a credit block?+
A recurring monthly top-up. When your free base isn't enough, add a credit block — +1,000 credits every month for $6.99. Each block renews monthly and raises your ceiling while it's active. Add as many as you want; your allowance is your free base plus every active block.
Can I remove a block?+
Anytime, and each one separately. A block is its own monthly subscription — remove one, keep the others, add another later. No lock-in, and no credit card needed to start. Remove them all and you're back to free, with all your Spaces and history intact.
Is it per person?+
No. Credits are yours as a person and fund the AI's work across every Space you're in — there's no per-seat math. Talking to each other is always free; only the AI's work spends credits. For Work is the exception — it's priced for teams in companies, with the credit pool at the org level.
