Privacy Policy

Account information (name and email from Sign in with Apple or Google), the content you and your group put into a Space, and basic usage and device data needed to run the service.

To provide the product: maintain your Spaces and artifacts, deliver notifications, support you, and improve reliability and quality. We do not sell personal information.

To function, the AI processes the content of a Space to produce and maintain its artifacts. Per-person memory is editable and deletable by that person; shared memory requires group opt-in (see Trust).

With members of your Space, with infrastructure and AI sub-processors under contract solely to operate the service, and where required by law. A sub-processor list is published for work customers.

Access, correct, export, or delete your data, and close your account. Contact privacy@stateful.com.

We keep data while your account is active and for a limited period after, except where law requires otherwise. We'll post material changes to this policy here with an updated date.
